Gameplay wise it's pretty much apples and oranges. Both are "arcadey" type games, but NFSU tries to be slightly more realistic, whereas Midnight Club has physics that are all it's own. But they are similar, and to me it comes down to car. In NFSU i'm stuck with mostly shitty imports.
