Blackops 2 and 3 are the most alive CoDs on PC if we don't count Warzone in. Don't listen to these people. CoD games with community-run dedicated servers (CoD4, WaW, BO1) still have active S&D servers; but in addition to two games you mentioned, S&D mode is "also" dead in PC version of MW3, BO2 and Advanced
