Depending on region and time of day, you may be able to find lobbies of Core TDM but anything beyond that is unlikely. CoD games with community-run dedicated servers (CoD4, WaW, BO1) still have active S&D servers; but in addition to two games you mentioned, S&D mode is "also" dead in PC version of MW3, BO2 and Advanced Asurprise server revival means 'Call of Duty Black Ops 1', '2', and 'Modern Warfare 3' are back, and fans couldn't be happier.
